Patricia is a junior associate with a background in civil law. She joined the firm in 2017. Aside from providing support to partners in the prosecution and litigation areas, she is tasked with all of the firm’s trademark clearance work, to which she devotes a considerable portion of her time.
Her strong organizational skills allow her to track and monitor all the trademark publications in the Official Gazette in order to determine whether some may infringe our clients’ rights.
Patricia’s most important responsibility is maintaining quality control by ensuring that all office actions are addressed on time. She provides weekly presentations to the firm’s attorneys to assist them in keeping their workloads organized.
