In addition to his IP practice, Juan Ignacio advises clients on corporate and commercial transactions, including in-depth legal analysis to evaluate and recommend the best legal options for clients regarding their commercial paper transactions, secured transactions, securities, commodities, joint ventures, and mergers & acquisitions.

He is also well versed in transnational civil litigation and has advised on judicial jurisdiction, choice of law and other legal issues that arise out of international disputes. Further, his experience with both civil and common law systems allows him to offer counsel tailored to the legal background of the client.
